Staff is diligent in their work and friendly to our building tenants. The management staff responds quickly. Service Master consistently working to implement processes and programs to identify and remedy deficiencies that arise.

Hire better cleaners
we have had a few issues about floors not being cleaned and bathrooms not fully cleaned.

When they are doing well - it's all very good, but too many times we have to bring them in and show where they are not cleaning well
Cleaning personnel are very good and communicate with us effectively. Always appreciate the services provided.
We are very much pleased with your services at three of our four facilities.
However; our Mobile ALabama facility has had ongoing issues with staff attitude and poor performance.
There has been several efforts made without positive resolution.
Management always follows up and takes care of any situations that might go awry. Service Master has been very easy to work with and always comes through in the clutch of any last minute situtaions or events. While it is often difficult to work with temporary employees, Service Master management eases this process and has handled every situation with grace. We appreciate Bruce Taylor and all that he does to make the River Market more successful! I cannot express enough the appreciation that I personally have for the management staff of Service Master. Any and every time that we have pointed out a need it has been filled. Any time that an employee's service has not been up to par, the management has more than made up for the shortcomings, and has re-trained or re-assigned the employee. Our satisfaction has been considered on every level, and this is imperative to our business continuing on a successful path in a thriving way. Thank you Service master for giong above and beyond the call of duty!

I love how the cleaning crew as well as they day porter are always going above and beyond what is expected.
Everything. Your people were so helpful, explained everything to my parents who live with us, worked quickly and cleaned up every bit of mess that could possibly have existed. Just fantastic.
