My massage therapist Saundra, I'm calling her mine now, was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable by really listening to my me about where my problem areas were and focused on those areas and others I didn't know were part of the problem.
I've typically thought of getting a massage as a bit of a selfish indulgence, like something I didn't actually need, but I haven't had this much relief in a very long time. I booked my second apt with Saundra right after first. She rocks! TY!
