I had a very positive experience with Cassie Shaw on my most recent visit for a massage. Cassie is very professional and did a great job. I wasn't very talkative and Cassie either got word of a prior experience where the massage therapist did a little too much talking or picked up on a que that I preferred not to talk and this was appreciated. The only comment I would like to add is that I love the idea of a customer appreciation month, and the little gifts are wonderful - however. . . . my Rolo tasted like the lavender shower tablet put together with it and that was kinda yucky! Donna - if you're reading this, I hope you get a laugh! It was still a very nice touch.
