My therapist was on time. She let me know what areas I was super tight in and the impact it had on my lifting weights. She explained how to not let it happen again and how the muscle can get tight.
Kerry always does an excellent job. She asks about any injuries and identifies areas that may need special attention. I would highly recommend her and Bodies Kneaded services to anyone. I initially started coming to Bodies Kneaded after experiencing a back injury at work. Through a combination of chiropractic care and massage therapy, I was able to recover from my back injury. Thank you! I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and support I received, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my recovery.

My husband gifted me a massage membership! Every month I get to come in for an hour massage! My massage therapist, Ivy Kendall, is the best! She listens to my needs and also gives me exercises that help loosen me up! I also get my hair done with Megan. She is great! I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door.
