Grace and Annie who run the Mathnasium of University Irvine location are professional, kind, and helpful from our first visit all the way through a year of Mathnasium. My kids enjoy going and have progressed a lot with Mathnasium. Their grades have improved and they went from being behind to being at the top of their class. My kids really enjoy going to mathnasium! They look forward to it every week. Their math skills have grown so much since they started. Amy especially has been fantastic with my youngest. He started going when he was 5. He has a lot emotions when he doesn't understand something and Amy is super patient and creative with him. We've been members here for almost a year and have no plans to leave. Thanks so much for the amazing work you all do!

My daughter literally begs to go to Mathnasium each time! Math is now her favourite subject and she is now at the top of her class for math. She requested that Mathasium be the one extracurricular she for sure wanted to continue with this year. She really enjoys challenges and it has been a great fit for her personality. She’ll often ask for us to come up with random math problems at home, and it’s always on her mind :) The teachers are super kind and patient, and I like how they’ll have several work with each student to intake learning in different ways.

Ms. Alleah has been instrumental in guiding her staff to meet my child's mathematical needs. They have identified his areas for growth and collectively developed a targeted plan to reteach missing concepts. I receive regular updates on his progress, and I look forward to following up at the end of the school year to share his continued success.

It's been almost 6 months that Rayyan is attending Math classes at Mathnasium, I can see a big change in him. At the beginning he really didn't like Math, but after attending a few classes at Mathnasium, he started liking the subject and I could see the improvement in Math.

A great establishment run by a great team! My child is one that doesn't "enjoy" schoolwork and will even resist coming to mathnasium but once he gets there he's always glad he went. He has a good time and as a parent, I know he's learning and able to implement in school while staying ahead.

Mathnasium has been so great! The whole team has worked hard to build my daughter’s math confidence. She is more than happy to attend her tutoring sessions each week because she is learning and having fun all at the same time.

Mathnasium has helped my granddaughter immensely. She started Mathnasium in the spring and her teacher noticed right away how she was more quickly answering math questions in class. The Mathnasium teachers are great at math and great at handling the children's questions and redirecting behavior when needed. My granddaughter likes to go to Mathnasium and is learning some math facts and how math works that she did not know. I would recommend Mathnasium to anyone needing math mastery, not just tutoring but a real understanding of how math works!

Our 8 year old son has been attending Mathnasium for about 2 months and we've seen his interest and excitement in math grow immensely during this short time. As a teacher myself, this is more important to me than how quickly he is catching on to the concepts and progressing. He really enjoys going to the sessions and looks forward to them. The staff is welcoming and professional and he seems very comfortable there. He loves the daily little prizes or events and of course enjoys the candy LOL. In his own words, he says that he really enjoys going to Mathnasium because it is very "civilized and quiet and he can concentrate", which he finds difficult at school because it's a highly social environment and very busy in lots of other ways. Zee, the center director, does a great job of balancing the work with the kids and the parents and is always available for questions.

You are great with motivating my son and getting him interested in doing well if not interested in the math itself. My son enjoys going. Sondro is an excellent communicator. Just have an all around great experience for the last couple years.

Mathnasium has built my kids’ confidence exponentially. It used to be tears every night trying to do homework and dreading going to school because of Math. They both leave mathnasium smiling every session. They like every instructor and are both making big strides in their math at school.

My daughter has been going there more than a year now. Every time she is equally enthusiastic to go there. The teachers are wonderful and very patient as well as cooperative. Rescheduling a missed session is also very convenient. We truly have a very positive experience, and we highly recommend Mathnasium Union Square to other students, friends, and family.

After years of poor math instruction with the school district, my daughter is finally learning math and enjoying it. I wish I would have found you six years ago. I like how you find the knowledge gaps, create a curriculum and have one on one tutoring. I also like the progress reports I’m provided as a parent after each session. I wish math could be taught this way in school.
