I have used Mathnasium to support and strengthen the math skills of both of my children. As an actuary myself, I noticed certain gaps that were not fully addressed in the traditional school setting.
My children attend Mathnasium not out of necessity, but because they benefit from greater focus and structure, particularly when it comes to understanding problem-solving techniques rather than simply memorizing procedures. Alex and Matt did a great job helping Abigail feel more comfortable with working on math. They prioritized our needs of getting her caught up with incomplete assignments and then let us start working on correcting the holes in her mathmatic foundation. They also worked with us on price and allowed us to pay in the middle of the month instead of the first. They were accomidating.

Mathnasium is a place where my daughter enjoys practicing her math skills every week. This is an afterschool activity that she is always looking forward to. She likes the program, problem solving and her tutors. Most of all she likes calm environment. We have a hectic life in our family juggling work and young family. Mathnasium team has been so easy and flexible, and they always accommodate changes to the date or time of my daughter attendance.
