Both of my children have 'done' Mathnesium and it really helped them to gain in confidence with maths. They both had fun and enjoyed collecting the star cards and buying whatever they wanted with them, it was very motivating. I would definitely recommend it to others and have done!

Our daughter developed hearing loss in grade 3, she was diagnosed and received hearing aids in grade 4, but it took some adjusting for her. She missed a lot of the math fundamentals those years and fell behind.
Half way through grade 6, she asked us if she could go to Mathnasium. She was assessed at a grade four level. In 9 months she learned all the fundamentals she had missed and was brought right up to where her class was and beyond.
We are so happy we made the choice to put her into Mathnasium!
Dan and the staff at the Horsham location are the best. My son was struggling with algebra and was able to improve quickly once he got the tutoring he needed at Mathnasium. He quickly upped his grade to a B+ which is really great and shows how great Mathnasium in Horsham is. Everyone at this location is friendly and caring and I really appreciate it. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the kindness and care Dan and the staff have for helping kids to learn math.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Their willingness to not only work with my child, but also maintain a circle of communication between themselves, myself and my child's school, is admirable. My child has made such fast progress at Mathnasium. At her intake 23 concepts were identified that she needed to get her to grade level. In 60 days she had completed 1/2 of them. Coincidently she was tested at her school at the start date of Mathnasium. 30 days later she was retested and she improved her score 39 percent. Her self esteem has improved 100 percent. It’s still early in our Mathnasium experience, but so far we are impressed with the place. The mastery checks are a nice thing to see, and our son seems to be engaged when he goes. We are optimistic that it will revealed some higher math scores, and better math aptitude.

We brought our 7th grader in because she was behind in her math skills but getting straight As in math class. We were told that it would take 6 months to get her caught up (by the Mathnasium staff), and that turned out to be exactly right! She looked forward to going to her tutoring sessions at Mathnasium, and is so much more confident now in her skills. We are so grateful to have found this resource and would highly recommend it!
