The staff at Camp Bow Wow are amazing. They are friendly and genuinely seem to care about my dog. Flash has been a satisfied customer for 2.5 years. When asked if he would recommend Camp Bow Wow to other dogs he replied with a woof and tail wags that knocked over everything in a 6ft radius, then waited for a cookie. As the dog mom, I feel he is safe and that the dogs are watched carefully. The one time he played a little too hard and got a cut on his muzzle, the manager immediately brought it to my attention and explained how they had treated it. Flash is very excited every time he goes and whines at the same intersection about a mile from Camp. I took Flash as a puppy to burn some energy, but he's almost 3 and I still love taking him. The staff also provides bath services, which is very convenient. Also, he rests the next day which is very helpful on the days I telework.
I brought my little doggy, Oreo, to Camp Bow Wow as I needed our house empty so that I could clean the carpets. The Staff remembered Oreo even though it has been over one year since I had her in boarding. I am so happy that Allison and Jordan are still there as they love Oreo and take care of her.
I appreciate that your camp opens at 7 am for those of us who have to be at work at that time. A daycare near me doesn't open early so I am not able to use them when I have to go into the office. The staff is very friendly at drop off and pick up.
We are super excited about Camp Bow Wow!! We have an 11 month old Rottie, Nola, who has sooo much energy. Day camp seems to be exactly what she needs!! I also love the ability to see what she’s doing throughout the day with the multiple cams recording pups interacting and having fun.
My dog did not want to be around other dogs so they let her go out in the pouring rain instead of putting her in her own area. When I picked up my dog she was soaking wet!!!
