I had used Zerorez before , and knew they did a superior job cleaning normal use dirt on my wool carpeting. This time, however I had some mystery stains from the driveway brought in on shoes, probably oil or grease based. Because of a family health emergency I was unable to schedule a cleaning for several weeks, so the stains were not fresh. After going over the carpet with the regular cleaning system the stains had not
come out, though they had faded. After testing the carpet for possible color change and finding it ok, the technician used a special spot cleaner on the stains, and recleaned the area. Voila! Stains gone! I certainly appreciate the extra effort to make my carpet look new again!

We really like that absolutely no chemicals are used, making it safe for our pets and leaving no residue. We were very impressed with how clean the carpets felt and all our tough spots came out. We had several bad pet stains that your technician was able to remove. Before he started the process to remove the stains he told us he would do his best and could not guarantee the stains would disappear. We appreciated his honesty and the great results. We also love the clean look of our carpet.

From Amanda in the office to Mark S who cleaned our carpet you have an incredible company with some very dedicated and professional employees. Several days before our carpet was to be cleaned I had to call Amanda to see if we could moved the time of our carpet cleaning could be changed to after three.....not a problem. She talked to Mark and he did not arrive till after 3....WOW what cooperation and organization. Mark arrived after three, checkout what needed to be done and got right to work. The carpets look incredible!!! No chemical smell, no sticky carpet and dried in a timely manner.

Use of clean water to rinse the carpet

We had split our cleaning into two visits. At first the second tech was doing things a little differently then the first. But in the end they made it right. Our carpets are very clean and we are happy we used zerorez for cleaning. The second tech also showed us how their special water treatment breaks down oils and dirt. It never smelled like any chemicals and I am very sensitive so I am thankful for that. The only thing I regret is forgetting to mention the Anna Kelly special when I booked to get my massage! They also communicated well when they were coming, and then the day of narrowed the time down and called when on the way. This is very helpful and appreciated!

Fast, efficient -they give you about 25 minute warning before they show up. Very friendly guys - hard working but easy going. Left the place in great shape!
