Zerorez was actually cleaning my neighbors upholstery when I approached him and asked if he could do ours. It took him a couple of hours to finish but he came right over and cleaned our sofa - no problem at all. He was friendly and courteous and efficient. My sofa smelled clean without that fake perfume scent you get from supermarket cleaners. It did take a short time to dry - luckily it was a warm, dry day. He finished around 3:30pm (started about 2:30), and we were sitting on it by 5:30. It was a little pricier than I expected, but you get what you pay for. I have a clean sofa with no sticky feeling to it and I can cross that little thing off my to-do list.

Quick drying

I recently purchased a home and had the interior painted. Due to a failure in scheduling with my carpet installation, we weren't able to have them replaced prior to moving in, so we decided to have all the floors cleaned for now. Needless to say the floors we a royal mess. Our technician came in and worked around my moving furniture so that we could get every inch of the house. There was an unusual coating/sealant on half my tile flooring and spots on the carpet where the painters tried to clean paint drops, but he worked diligently to remove most all of them. All that remained were a few remnants of former nasty spills that had been there for years. He even came back because it took so much water, he had to refill. Thanks Zerorez Puget Sound, Great Job, you have extended my flooring's life for another day or several months.

The company is great. The technician is very professional and took his time to carefully clean the carpet. He spotted the wax marks and dirty spots that I didn't notice. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It doesn't smell like any chemical. It's more expensive than the carpet cleaning service that I used in the past, but I think the money is well spent.

Zerorez for quite some time. I have trust in the advertising that has been repeated many times on Kiro. I tried two other companies that use steam which works a little but never did get my carpet any where near as clean as Zerorez. The sales person that came to my house took his time in explaining the science behind the process. When the job was done it was unbelievable how clean the carpet was. Very pleased. It was smooth and enjoyable. There was kind of a mess left on my floor where the hose had to be drug into the house. I would use you again, however.
