Everything. From making the initial appointment with Diane to the coordination with Tina to when the fellows drove away, it was all a good experience. Their equipment broke (hey - stuff happens) in the middle of our carpet cleaning appointment (I had an appointment for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning), a gentleman brought out another part but that didn't work so Mike had to go back for another van - but they took care of it in a very timely manner and, in the end and as a courtesy, did not charge me for the dryer vent cleaning. I was impressed with everything and hope to be able to schedule the remaining carpeted rooms soon. Please do NOT use my name or publicly disclose this information. Thanks.

Technician was very polite and carpets were cleaned thoroughly.

I was able to book a service within 1 day. The technician called me to confirm the time frame. He explained the process to me beforehand and offered extra service. I didn't use the extra this time but may in a future. He finished within time frame that we discussed beforehand. He called me 30 minutes before he finished to give me an update. The company takes all forms of payment which is very convenient. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends and family.

Met Ozzie when he did my neighbor’s; he gave me all the vital information like will the hose reach the condo 3rd floor, and gave me a coupon calling card. Products and services? I think it was Ozzie’s person that made me decide.

Professional staff and results at a good price
