The Zerorez machine is really outstanding. cleans well and does not leave a sopping mess of water. I also had my couch cleaned and the upholstery tool did a good job of cleaning. My couch was dry and usable within a couple of hours.

Our technician was on-time, efficient, thorough, polite, and kept his mask on while in our house. He even called ahead with a time estimate for his arrival! The office called me as well about an hour and a half ahead of time with an update about our technician's current location and estimated arrival. I'm not at all used to such great communication when you know you are looking at a large blocked window of time for services (12 - 4 PM or 2 - 7 PM, like with cable/internet companies...), but the Zerorez technician and office communicated so well and were both very polite. I'd be happy to use their services again, based just on that.
Also, the recliner we had cleaned smells clean and looks great. And they were able to get a long-standing pet stain out of our carpet hallway downstairs. Thanks for your help and great work!

They clarified the scope of the cleaning after they saw my closets (which were not walk-in but I signed up for that), and I only had 2 rooms to clean instead of 3 so they lowered my bill and that was really good. The carpet was really clean and they used their own water.
Matt was awesome. He detailed all the options. And so before we spent several hundred dollars, he did a test run on one of the pet stain spots, to see if the solutions would work, since the stains were 3 to 4 years old. The results could be iffy. So we opted just to clean the carpet with the surface pet stain removal as we had originally planned. Matt went work. He was thorough and did the job. One would never know that the pet stains were ever there. The carpet looks great. Matt was great, very nice and polite. I will use Zerorez again. Thank you.
