I enjoy the staff and the staff are very easy to work with. They are quick to respond to
areas of spills and washrooms problems.

At SCHC our Servicemaster staff do an excellent job at keeping the site clean. There are very few issues on that site. The staff are thorough in their work, responsive and helpful. A supervisor comes on site frequently and ensures supervision of the work.

At ECHC we have some floors where we have wonderful cleaners who do a thorough job and our day porter is always good. However, we have had issues with our night cleaner and particularly cleaning on the first floor. Servicemaster Management is aware and they are trying to address these issues.

The staff I have contact with are always pleasant, polite and eager to please. I would have no problem recommending your company's services to others.
