Reliable, good, fix problems fast
For the most part we come in after the weekend to everything clean and in it's place. We have very few complaints. The staff are courteous if we encounter them when we come in, and respect the fact that things on the desk should not be disturbed.
The only real complaint we've ever had is that on occasion we find things broken, then put back to look intact. This is unusual, however, and not something we find regularly. Otherwise, we are pleased with the service we receive.

The flexability of having the cleaning completed on the weekend when the office is empty.
Generally it's good but I found that in 2011 many time I had to call operations Manager because the cleaning did not meet my satisfaction ( area's not cleaned at all so I cleaned it myself! )

so far the service has been much improved compared to our previous cleaners....in fact we had a couple of people complaining that their desks/phones were being dusted!! (some people just don't like anyone to touch their desks...LOL!!) Good complaint to have..and the book at reception is very helpful to communicate...works very well.
