I like the different variety of services, the cleanliness of the business and how relaxed the environment is.
Easy to book an appointment. Friendly staff and very nice facilities. Can’t beat the price.
However, sometimes it’s hard to communicate with the therapists because they don’t speak English very well. And the massage I had 2 days ago left my knees so sore that I could barely bend them...and they still hurt.
The staff is always professional the business is always clean the therapist are always attentive and take care of your needs. Just an overall nice environment.

I like the atmosphere and I really like my massage therapist - Berta. I have a lot of lower back issues and she knows how to help ease those with her massage and stretching techniques.

Been going to Urban for over 3 years now and I Love their pricing, especially when scheduling 1 1/2 hours ... it's like getting a discount. Sandra is who I schedule with. She is exactly what I need. My soreness is always gone when I see her ... no more knots in my back and pain disappears. I have never had a better massage by anyone else. On a scale of 1 to 5, Sandra is a 10 ... by far. When I leave Urban, I feel like I'm on a cloud. Love Urban's Specials that they email out ... lots of Relaxingness to choose from.
