My therapist worked on my problem areas, as requested. She was very professional and during treatment, only asked about my comfort and the level of pressure, allowing me to totally relax. The rooms are quiet and clean and my appointment was exactly on time.
I had the classic 1 hour massage, which is great value at $45/hour. I certainly recommend Urban Day Spa.
