I attended the 9:30am Sunday class this weekend, and had a blast! Nicole was an awesome teacher - even with a full class, she made it feel personal and relaxed, but also challenging! The micro adjustments she suggested and modifications she offered really made me feel like I got the most out of my practice. I also like how she had a theme for the class, which was love for community. Plus the music was great! 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back for this class again!

I love working around positive people and being able to benefit others by sanitizing the Yoga mats, studios and the locker rooms. I really like having access to classes and I felt very relaxed and energized after my first one. I look forward to singing up for my membership and inviting friends and family!

Negeen is a great instructor and I'm glad that there is an early morning sculpt on Tuesdays in the East Bay again. The amenities of this location are also great, including those in the men's locker room.

Great class by Negeen! I'm glad there is another early morning YS on Tuesdays in East Bay.

I liked that the instructor was very friendly and let us work at our own pace. The facility (shower & studio) are very clean and free lockers with key are a plus. I thought the music could be more calming instrumental music, but I assume this might be different depending on the instructor's taste.

C2 with Nate is a great class, challenging, good balance of inversions, balance, strength and stretch. Music is good. Class is always punctual and well managed.

Skye was an amazing instructor!

The classes are just really good. Challenging, engaging, make you feel like you just worked out. I can tell I'm getting stronger and it's helping my running. But it's also mindful and I love the intention and little meditation at the end.

I love that there are a lot of different teachers with different styles. I like that there are so many class and time options.

Shattuck is a clean, welcoming studio with a fresh vibe! The classes are a great workout and stress release! After a long day at work or studying, they are exactly what I need. The Instructors are so friendly, fun, and supportive. All bodies and levels of experience are celebrated, too! What a great local studio!
