I liked the thoroughness of the restoration crew. They were very cooperative and explained each and every step of the process as we went. If they ran into more issues that needed to be resolved, they were very prompt in contacting me and showing me what needed to be done. They did everything necessary to resolve the entire mold problem that we had.
