Never had a experience like this before. Just needed a haircut and sport clips was the closest to me at the time. First time there and never expected after my hair cut for my hair to be washed while sitting in a massage chair with a hot towel on my face. Loved it

Overall company has a good culture however, one BIG ISSUE is the TURNOVER. Just when you finally find a cutter that you will stand in line for they move to another store or leave the company for better pay.
You should pay your people better so that they will stay with your company.
Alice was the stylist and was great; it was my third time with her and I make sure she is working before I go there. Great personality and takes her time with me and I look forward to returning to her in a couple of weeks.
