The service is easy to manage. APEX comes to the house, applies the necessary chemicals and sends us a bill. When needed the technician discusses any issue we have with bugs.

I like having the same technician (Johnny Reed) for every visit. That way he knows the house and knows what we like. Also that he knows that we have a cat that goes out on our lanai so he always warns us if he is spraying anything that may harm him and to keep him inside for 24-hours. Johnny cares for our house like it was his own so we have great confidence in his abilities and services. You don't get that from a company that sends a different technician every 3 months.
