Apex does a great job haven't had any trouble since we bought house and they came through, although I would like to have the service tech come inside, most of the time we are not home when they come would like the garage and inside Lani done, but we have security on everything so we'd have to be home
Prior to starting, Jeremy walked the interior and exterior and explained exactly what he was going to do. He answered all my questions in a very reassuring manner. He insisted that if I have any pest issues before my next scheduled visit, that I was not to hesitate and give Apex a call. I would highly recommend.

Johnny has been servicing my property for the past 10 years and he always treats it like his own - no rushed service, no cutting corners. During his last service (when we were not home) he noticed that mail and a package had been left at our front door. Concerned with approaching bad weather plus the continuous possibility of "Porch Pirates" stealing our packages, Johnny moved then into our screened and sheltered rear lanai and left us a note, so we'd know where they were. If that doesn't equate to service "above and beyond the call of duty", I don't know what does.
As long as Johnny Reed is my technician, you will always have me as a customer.
