We had called you all for an ant problem last week and you sent your tech Ryan. I was all set to have the entire house sprayed and figured on you guys being here for some time. Ryan came in, so kind, tried to put booties on but we didn't let him. He masked up and came in to see the ants. He quickly figured our the problem and said, we only need to put this magic juice in this plastic container, and these ants will eat it and die. He was the coolest, He explained the ghost ant to us, told us how they function, why we were seeing them, and even went outside to see if he could find the source, which he did! He was kind, professional, and quick. He identified and resolved the problem. As he stated, we should see no more issues after two or three days, and we didn't. Kudos to Ryan. Apex, you have an asset in Ryan working for you.

Very efficient. Everything is great. I have not seen any insects, other than a very few dead ones, since we asked you to service our house. Just spraying outside seems to be enough to stop anything from coming inside.
