Customer Testimonials
the enthusiasm and level of experience of the staff and teachers.
Music lessons are great...getting kids excited about learning an instrument.
We love School of Rock . Our son comes racing from his lessons to his drums at home to keep playing. He took lessons for a couple years elsewhere and never ever did that. He loves his teacher, Ben, his band mates and just the vibe.
I travel about 90 minutes for my lessons and rehearsal. That's because I was introduced by a family member to the school and took the challenge to get back into music at 60 years old. I had been to a few kids and adult shows and saw how much fun it could be and how much friendship and comradery there was in the adult program. I'm on my fifth show and can't see myself not doing this. I'm loving the music and the friendships.
We like that it gives the kids a chance to perform. As the students enter HS it is also a good safe way to hang out with friends on a Friday night. The students respect one another and each other's differences which is great to see! The lessons are good, but we think the performance is the strength.
Inclusive programs with wonderful instructors- something for everyone. And of course, the most awesome general manager, ToddSpringer.
The attention given to each student by the highly skilled instructors is unmatched by any other music program.
And it’s fun too.
The atmosphere and the commaraderie is what is so uniquely special about Bedford SoR. From any and every level of student to the faculty musicians, my son has felt so at ease and comfortable with playing, learning and sharing music. There is no stressful interaction, only a supportive and nurturing environment.
My children learn an instrument and participate in a concert which is great for their confidence

Peer groups encouraging one another. Good instructors, good directors.
Performance and the teachers
We like it's easy to make lesson appts and like the variety of prgrams available.
My son didn't just learn to play an instrument. SOR made him a musician.
Playing with other band mates; excellent guitar and voice lessons. Trying out my new and improved skills in a live show.
I have really enjoyed my first experience with the adult program at School of Rock. The people have been so friendly and helpful. I love that we are working towards a performance and that we get a chance to perform all that we've learned. The instructors are responsive to my skillset during the lessons and continue to push me to get better. It has been challenging, motivating, and exciting to be a part of the performance group!
My son has grown as a musician and has a great group for friends through the School of Rock program. He loves it.
It’s a great education all around. My son is learning about, and interested in, music that’s not “today’s hits.” He has grown tremendously as a musician. Best of all, his confidence is boosted!
The vibe of the location, the talent level and engagement style of the instructors, the overall ease of interacting with SoR.
I really like both the variety and the format.
The best way to learn and instrument and collaborate with other students.

Todd and the teachers involved in the Bedford School of Rock always makes everyone feel welcome, it is a well managed organization and the musicians are learning excellent skills from the very supportive classes.
I love the family atmosphere at School of Rock. Teachers and kids respect adore each other. And while the goal is is a communal performance, individual needs are met. It can't be easy to orchestrate and I'm truly impressed.
