I like that the school allows students to join a band so they can practice what they have learned in a band setting. However, not many family can afford for both lessons and band.

I like that my child enjoys going, and feeling like they are really great at playing the songs they learn
They can teach any child to play an instrument, they started screening kids better before graduating into performance and are now splitting up show days which is great. My son never wants to leave school of rock, when he has to choose between his extracurricular activities, he always chooses them.
What's not to like? Seriously! I love the full service offering which includes pairing the child with an actual band that they can learn and grow together with. I'm so excited for all of the wonderful experiences that will follow and look forward to seeing my child expand their musical skillset.

School of Rock is a special place for musicians of all ages and skill levels. It is an inclusive environment and provides great music instruction. The shows are a lot of fun for friends and family and a great way for them to connect with our musician. Can't say enough great things about the place.

I like how much fun my kid has
So far so good. A few bumps early on but SOR Watertown staff have been responsive in making sure my kids' first experience performing with others is good.
I really like the programs. The staff has been amazing. However, as someone who DOESN'T live in the Kirkwood/Webster area, the price is kind of difficult. We may actually have to stop going, only for that reason.

My boys are flourishing in there musical talents. They love attending their classes and the instructors are great. They have learned to play with a band. So it's not your typical learn to play your instrument. It prepared them for the stage. We are a SOR family!
