Jennifer the esthetician and Tim the Alan T were both very professional, skilled, and courteous. The front desk staff were also very helpful but giving a tour of the facility and with making my first visit to the spa enjoyable and relaxing.

i had my bikini wax done there and i will never go any where else! the atmosphere is wonderful! there was not one place i could see that was dusty or dirty. i am very attentive when it comes to cleanliness and i must say i was blown away with the pristine condition of the waiting room, the bathroom, the wax room, and even the cute little boutique up front. The esthetician that worked on me listened to me, and took her time explaining to me the concerns i had with my ingrown hairs that i kept getting from a previous waxer. Kelli Gibbons recommended an amazing product that has help keep my ingrown hairs at bay. i am very hard to stratify but i have nothing to complain about! 100% happy customer

Every experience I have had at Urban Nirvana has left me feeling like a new person. When Corey cuts and styles my hair, I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. Keely is also a great massage therapist who helps relieve soreness and tension from a stressful work life.
