Friendliness, courteousness, professionalism of front desk staff. Very accommodating to my last minute request for an appt. And when my stylist couldn't come in unexpectedly, they set me up with someone else in a very reassuring way.
On a totally different note, the renovation is clean...but is in real need of something to tone down the "industrial" aspect (some splashes of contrast colors with some pictures or something?) and something to keep it from feeling QUITE so "open space" i.e., a little cozier...after all, you're soothing Urban Nirvana ;-)
