I haven't let anyone cut my hair in years. I walked in very scared and was able to consult and tell them exactly what I wanted. I was able to interact with the stylist while she was cutting and I was so happy I got exactly what I wanted. I can say it was a great icebreaker and finally getting back into a salon and letting someone put a scissor to my head was a miracle. Now I look forward to my next visit!!! :)

The employees are wonderful, Kelli always does a great job, she is fast and thorough with my leg wax. Although I go in to receive a leg wax it is still a relaxing experience at a spa.

What a little gem in the middle of a busy place. I'd never been and was given a gift card. The staff was professional, warm, friendly, patient with my questions. :-) The service (buff and bronze with Tessa) was AMAZING. She was really wonderful and my skin looks terrific. I'm seasonally excruciatingly busy at work and this little break for me was an oasis. It was so nice that I stayed a little while to enjoy a relaxing cup of herbal tea. The perfect relaxing morning to an otherwise busy time. I will be back. (I already told my husband that if "anyone" is ever wondering what to get me, a gift card to Urban Nirvana would be perfect. :-)
