Ironic I'd receive this email at this moment when I, literally, just answered a question to a friend who saw (on social media where I'd posted) I'd been in for a massage yesterday. From the front staff (primarily Leah who I look forward to seeing each & every time I frequent the spa) to any massage therapist (my primary being Pam Trotter who heals my pain from multiple autoimmune diseases) I've seen over the years @ Urban Nirvana, you're doing it right!! Even your shop where I never don't buy multiple things from upon every visit us awesome!! I've received gift certificates for years as gifts, when asked what makes me happy, from local family to 1000+ away who go online, order & send me the print out. If you had a referral program (of which I'm not suggesting) I'm pretty sure I could've earned myself a free service or 2 by now. 😉 I've introduced my oldest daughter to your place as well as my massage therapist & she's gone back. As oart of my younger daughter's 'end-of-the-year school gift' I've included a massage & waxing appointment......another generation of well acquainted guests for Urban Nirvana.

The atmosphere! The waiting room is clean, calm, and serene.
My masuse was amazing but someone was using their cell phone making a phone call in the waiting area & it kind of bummed me out on my dos day :(

My hair dresser (Love) was extremely patient and helped me sculpt the perfect look that I wanted. She put in her advice as well as incorporating what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to other people!
