Everything! The robe and sandals provided were comfortable, the aroma scents were wonderful, the massage table was incredibly comfortable, the warm towels placed on my back & neck bw positions was soothing, the eye patch was a great touch, and the masseuse was fantastic!

Timely, friendly, offers advice withou being " pushy"-- helpful regarding products without a " hard sell". Professional but without "attitude "! Good haircuts and color. Listen to client's concerns.

The massage was fantastic, Jordan is the man! Also, I had to reschedule a couple of times due to unexpected events at work and Alyiah (spelling?) was so kind and helpful- she is truly a professional.
