The woman who answered the phone when I called on 2/18 was very patient and described the products used for lowlights and got a stylist to come and give me additional information. I had my appointment later that day with Kara Cumbee. She did a wonderful job - love the haircut and the lowlights! She and the woman at the desk (hate I didn't get her name) made me feel at home.
