You have a hidden gem at the Columbia/Forest Drive location. Lisa Croen is bar none the best esthetician that your Company has. I have had many facials in my life, at many exclusive spas, and none compare to the services that you will get going to Lisa. Lisa has been my esthetician for a few years, and she has special skin secrets that have helped my skin beyond words. My daughter has starting getting milia, and after an unsuccessful attempt using Proactiv, Lisa was able to teach her the proper ways to take care of her skin and combat the milia. Lisa has also been my mother-in-law's esthetician for years, and it is amazing that she has been able to work with all of us to help our skin given that we are each experiencing different age and puberty related issues. Lisa has a wonderful disposition ALL of the time, remembers every conversation you have and a joy to go to. Take care of Lisa...she is the best asset your Company has.

Massage was fabulous. The only problem was we had 2 massages but were charged for 3, we alerted the salon and were told it could take up to 3 days to refund back!! It only took a second to charge it to my account so why 3 days to refund!!! If we hadn't been diligent account checkers that would have gone unnoticed!! How many people has this happened to and not caught. The front desk girls need to pay closer attention to what they are doing and take care of the customers.
