The girls are always flexible & very friendly. If they aren't sure about something, they ask questions. As for products used, they seem to clean fine. I like a fresh lemony scent - that would be the only thing missing!

I like the fact that you are a professional company which makes it easier to discuss problems or short comings with your service. If one is dealing with a friend of a friend or someone's relative it is more difficult to resolve issues..at least in my opinion. And there have been no problems with your service, all is professional & very personal, thank you
Services were wonderful. Shelley was a great worker and my oven was like new. . Loved them for using Murphy's Oil. Karen,the gal in training needs more learning in different areas. But that comes with practice. Shelley is thorough and has a wonderful personality., Well pleased over all !,,,
My home is clean and dust free ...not sure what the product is but no allergies are triggered. Wood Floors are shiny and spot fre, bathrooms are clean, and I appreciate my patio doors getting cleaned. The girls are also good to my cat...last time they even cleaned up something on the floor after she had her breakfast!! I didn't expect that but appreciate it. Once in awhile there is a need to change my schedule and Merry Maids are very accommodating. Overall very satisfied!
