Love sculpt classes
I went to the Ward location for the very first time and Jazz was so friendly and made me feel right at home. I took Rileys HPF candlelight class and he was awesome!

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. I was visiting from out of town and took Uliana's C2 class. She is an excellent teacher. Great attitude. Creative sequence. The front desk told me to show up early in order to get a spot. They were right. How popular and crowded the classes are at this location is not necessarily a minus but it is something to consider.

Great instructors. Different classes to chose from. Each instructor has their own way of instructing the class so you get that variety do it not monotonous.

Our instructor, Aaron, was super helpful in teaching a somewhat beginner in breathing techniques (my weak spot), and helping both my boyfriend and I with our positioning and realignment. I really appreciated both his assistance and his enthusiasm for the practice. He was easy to understand, and was patient and an excellent teacher.
The staff is fantastic. The location and parking is concierge.

Clean studio and locker room and low-key environment where everyone is just there for themselves. Really think that yoga is beneficial on a lot of levels and like the way that it is shared in your classes!
