I really like the sculpt class. I also enjoyed the 1.5 class but they aren’t offered as much and not ever on the weekends. I was able to take class on my day off. I also wanted to try the core restore class but it isn’t offered at times for people working during business hours.

I love the workers at this location. They are very friendly and supportive of all people who are interested in wanting to do yoga. When I walk into the studio, I just feel a sense of happiness.

I like the class times and variety of classes. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.

Consistently high level of instructors. Movement to the beat of music and positive energy of group fitness. Heat of the room.

Staff was excellent the hot yoga class was awesome. Only drawback is the size of locker rooms
