I love the convenient location, clean studios, number and time of classes throughout the day, but most of all, I love the high energy instructors.

The classes and instructors are great! Everyone is so positive and the studio is generally clean. The only thing is that the locker rooms and sink area could be cleaner....but overall I love coming to CPY Ward and I love the instructors and managers.

Core power is a wonderful community to be a part of. With amazing teachers who guide you from every inhale to every exhale, you’re sure to tune into your body and get out of your mind for the hour spent on your mat. Classes are safely challenging and will leave you wanting to come back for more! If you are new to yoga, C1 is the perfect class to start with. The studio is clean and provides you with everything you could need as far as showering and getting ready after. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash, lotion, Q-tips, hair dryer) Highly recommend a black tag membership - you’ll be wanting to come everyday! And the best part is, classes are provided every hour throughout the day from early morning to late night.

Core Power has helped me get centered. I'm more in tuned with my body, my spirit and my health. My self confidence has improved and what I thought would be a "new thing" has now become a goal and reward to attend the class. I realized I needed a trainer vs. going to the gym and training weights alone. Core Power has filled the void of training alone. It's not just an instructor but a life coach personally and professionally. It's a positive environment. I can always leave the studio knowing I was able to give my 'soul' a workout.

Instructors are amazing !

I was vacationing in Oahu and my regular studio in San Diego told me about the one in Honolulu. I went and was not disappointed. So happy to be their guest for a day! :)

If you want a sweat sesh, YS is where you want to be. I was intimidated by it being a 1hr long but the instructors keep you motivated, it's over before you know it.

The products are high quality such as clothes, mats and accessories and are very hard to find anywhere else locally. The services such as yoga sculpt and core restore are very unique to corepower and a great balancing to the outside world.

Great teachers and classes, I love the amenities- shower, etc as it makes it easier to fit a class into my day- I can rinse and go straight to the next thing. Providing equipment also allows for this.

Fantastic studio, really great workout and spiritual session all at once. Instructors and staff all gave fantastic instruction. My first time to Core Power and I’ll defintely be coming back!
