Yoga sculpt is such a great total body workout! With the added heat, you are for sure walking out drenched feeling like you worked every muscle in your body.
I really appreciate the instructors, all very friendly, helpful and encouraging. From the second you walk in you feel welcomed and blasted with infectious positive energy ☀️. Truly a special studio filled with lots of aloha!

I am a frequent visitor in Hawaii from California, have known the both locations in my town there and Honolulu. The best I found in Honolulu is all the associates, receptionists, instructors and staffs are very friendly, even to me, as a visitor. Instructors are mild and sweet. Thanks! Kaz
