Student Testimonials
I love the classes. I hate that I have to go 1 hour early but I understand that some classes are very popular. Wish there’s a bigger room where it can fit lots and lots of people.
The staffs are very friendly there
Amazing staff 💕Also love the clothes that you carry (lulu and spiritual gangster in particular).
Friendly staff
Yoga is my escape from my day to day life. Corepower Yoga has ignited a passion for in me and now I can’t imagine not being a yogi! I love all of the classes they offer but my favorite is YogaSculpt. I love sweating and getting a workout in especially at corepower yoga Ward. The yogasculpt class is also so much fun!
Love how the instructors are very welcoming and friendly! Not one bit did I feel left out or bad about myself. This place is definitely a place to find peace and yourself.

Class times and yogi teachers.
Amazing teachers
First, I must say that I'm VERY new to Yoga. I went for my 2nd and 3rd time ever this week during the free trial I received. To be honest, I've always been a little bit intimidated by going to a yoga studio for all the classic reasons people fear starting anything new.
All that said, I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped into the studio. All around good vibes from everyone in the building. Mike, who teaches HPF on Wednesday night, was a very chill guy who made me feel good about my inabilities to do all the things right. I loved that he kept reinforcing the fact that this is MY journey and that I should focus only on myself. He even stated not to look into the mirrors or at others around me.
At any rate, I'd recommend this place for anyone who's considering trying yoga for the first time or even a seasoned vet.
Lastly, I should mention that the facilities are top notch. Everything is super clean.
Great energy and workout
the instructors
Natasha Bailey was the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She led us through a progressive, challenging, and meaningful sequence mixed with humor, insight and modifications. She displayed excellency, eloquence, and mastery.
Thank you for serving a great experience🙏

Great instructors
The classes are inclusive to everyone. Someone new to the practice can participate in a C1 class and learn the basic postures while still benefiting from the practice and not feeling out of place, while someone more advanced can take other classes such as the HPF class which is more of a Bikram stlye, or a C2 or C3 class which has many different postures which depend on what the teacher has put together for the class.
We love that we can practice at CPY all over the country. Uliana's Yoga Sculpt class was upbeat and super challenging. Loved it.
The class times... not the cleanliness

beautiful studio, showers, class is always the same sequence, no judgment, dimmed lights, some are heated, frequent classes, many locations.
