The Sculpt class I attended was on point. The class was fun, upbeat, and super awesome! The instructor was lively, fun, engaging, and welcoming!!! It was a great workout and I will definitely attend her class again. I don’t live on island, I live on the Big Island and we don’t have any CorePower Yoga to attend. I was referred by Gabrielle Ortiz. I also attended her class after the Sculpt that same day. Her class was very calm, fun, and great. I loved that she assisted with poses and also gave options for a little bit easier time because I’m no expert at yoga!!!

Humbling, professional, challenging, and borderline euphoric. Elayne was incredibly easy to follow even though it was my first time, the entire class was fully immersed.

The teachers are amazing. They share specific movements and explain clearly and even those who have practiced still learn something and beginners can learn something. Cleo, Deniz, Leah were my first few classes and wow! Then I tried more!! The availability of classes is great. The variety of classes are great. Rachel has great energy. She has the music way too loud during her sculpt class- you can’t hear to follow and adjust so someone can get hurt. It’s so loud you can’t focus on yourself. One other young man who says he travels back to HI to teach was also similar- amazing energy but the music was so so loud. Chuck and Brooke have a great balance- music to get our rhythm and not so loud where we can’t listen to our body. Only one teacher forgot to get us out of shavasana - Kayla. I really appreciate the teachers who keep the start and stop times. Thank you Rachel, Jay, Elyse, Chuck. I’m not sure the blocks and weights are cleaned regularly. Only a few like Jay will remind us to put it on the side to clean. I would feel reassured if that process was clear. The showers may not be cleaned well- I’ve seen one booger with a nose hair in the shower in the wall for a week now. I didn’t give it a 10 bc of cost. I wish more could experience core power.

When I am in Honolulu I always attend a yoga class
at the Ward studio. It’s walking distance from Waikiki. So very convenient.
Leah taught Yoga sculpt. The class was awesome. Leah has good music and lots of energy. It was a great fun workout!!!!
Suzanne was an amazing instructor and made the class worth taking. Her energy is definitely what got me through the workout. I loved the class but it was so full.
