I love the yoga sculpt class! It's very upbeat and hands down the best yoga class I have ever taken in my years of doing yoga. Thank you for facilitating these classes. Also, I love the convenience of the location, the parking, the free week of classes, and the warm and welcoming vibe I get when entering. Love this place.

Instructor Ashley was very accommodating and loved how she asked if anyone wanted to opt out of needing any guidance during the class. She used the class time very effectively. Loved how she used a meditation quote at beginning and end of class

I enjoyed the classes by Alex and Summer. Instructions were clear and very comfortable feel good classes. I will be back to the classes.

Everyone there was awesome and super friendly, and the instructors did an excellent job at explaining the movements and positioning. The C1 class was a lot of fun! I don't usually do yoga, but I really enjoyed this class since it had a nice core workout with it. And the facility was absolutely beautiful. Definitely coming back!
