Gio was a phenomenal instructor! He brought the energy and could definitely catch a beat, which is so helpful in a workout class. The playlist was great and the space felt packed but not overcrowded. The temperature was also nice as I felt very accomplished and sweaty after. The welcome staff at the front were also very friendly!
I’m a working mom and so I love that I can go to a C one class in the middle of the day my instructor Gabby who is awesome told me that they are changing the schedule and will no longer be offering C1 at 11 AM. I’m surprised and disappointed because this class is always fall. Please consider a few C1 classes in the middle of the day. Thank you so much.
Rachel, Brooke, Grace, Jade, Melissa Mae are great instructors who make me keep on practicing!
It’s a total body workout and you can modify and choose how intense you want to go in the class
The instructor used different types of instruments and included a short flow in the class. It wasn’t just a canned restorative class.
LOVED the teacher Gio was the best teacher a super fun class. I loved hi energy. He was the best so far after taking 280 ish classes

Mika is the Best! She is very articulate & and has a very good tone and pace to her voice. She walks around the room and makes herself clearly audible. She has a friendly, positive personality. I like her choice of music too.
She represents CPY very well & is a great asset to your program.

I like the classes and the time of it suits my daily schedule! I like the instructors. I like the location.
I have been taking C2, sculpt and strength classes and find the balance of the three have helped improve my mobility and strength. I really like the early classes , before 6 am preferred so I can still make it home to get ready for work and get the kids off to school
My first experience was great, I underestimated the amount of heat in the room just a bit. I persevered the challenge and felt ready great afterwards. I have already recommended your establishment to others.

We really enjoy both Jade Cole and Brook P. classes of Sculpt. Jade communicated to us that the 75 min class has been removed from the corporation. Although we realize that we can’t do much, but just providing feedback that we like the 75 min class.

A certain male in sculpt class will walk directly over people's heads with 20 Pound weights during stretch/shavasana. This person is clearly not in a hurry to leave because he arrives very early and stays till the end of class. He likes to set his mat on the far left side of the room, and wait for others to lay down (at the end of class) to make 1-3 trips directly over people's head.
Why doesn't this individual take class next to the weights if he wants to put his weights away before everyone else?
It's not only dangerous, it's disgusting because he's dripping in sweat, which hit my face a few times. I believe management should suggest to him to keep his mat on the far right side of the room. It would be a very easy fix.
I LOVE sculpt, but there are certain things that make me feel unsafe. For example, people who drop weights instead of setting them down, or people who walk over my head.

Thank you for the number of classes. Thank you for finding substitutes instead of canceling classes. I noticed blocks cover the vent in the Yoga sculpt room and I worry that heating will break again. Is it ok that the vent is covered at times? Do repairs go through corporate? The 4th shower is missed! Busy classes, 3 showers are not enough. Thank you!
I love the classes and the instructors. The instructors are friendly and motivating and the studio has a great friendly atmosphere.
I like the instructor you have. They’re friendly and welcoming, and always willing to assist with improving my yoga practice. I attend classes three days a week with different instructors, and they all share the same genuine interest in helping me get the most out of my practice.
Each session feels supportive and inclusive, with clear guidance and helpful adjustments that make every class meaningful. I’ve noticed steady improvement in my balance, flexibility, and focus, and their encouragement keeps me motivated to continue growing in my yoga journey.
I havenʻt done yoga for at least 2 years. The class I went to was Core 1 I believe, with Gabby. She was great! The class was not too hard and not too easy but just right for me.
The room was warm enough to relax my aching body. I was able to stretch more than I thought I could for being away for so long.
I would recommend Core Power to anyone who is looking for a yoga class. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Please do not make our studio convert Strength X classes into sculpt classes. The management knows what our community loves and mandates from corporate only seem to disrupt the class schedules we all love and appreciate. Same goes for discontinuing some of our C3 classes. Many of us have select classes and teachers that we love and changing those can be frustrating and disruptive.
The teachers and management is stellar. Love the classes at 8:30 so I can drop my kids and take a class to start my day.
I like the classes (core power, sculpt and core restore), the class length, the frequency/availability of classes and the ease of signing up for a class and checking in for a class. I also really like the instructors I have had so far. All of the instructors have been good. I also like that this location is bus accessible.
Dynamic yoga C2 and C3 vinyasa flows with good core work makes for exhilarating workouts to feel reenergized fully ! Thank you CPY awesome teachers and friends! I’m so thankful to be a part of the CPY community! Aloha, Lori
The format and the energy of the class.
I went to try yoga with Chinami on a Sunday
And she is amazing! She made the workout fun and I was able to do most of the moves, push thru and finish. The place was clean and it smelled nice. I was on a one week trial and now have signed up for yoga as a member :)
I’ve been a member of the core power community for about a year and I’ve been loving it. My favorite class is CSX and C2 .
Easy to schedule classes. Lots of availability. Clean studio. Great instructors.
