The intensity of the sculpt classes are awesome. I have not worked that hard in any class before in my life. I love that they leave me completely exhausted in only a one hour class.

Great location, good classes

i like the hot flow but i took a point off for too much vocal music.

instrumental music.. downtempo.. deephouse. but song after song vocal singing is not relaxing my mind.

the space is beautiful very modern i couldnt believe it was a yoga studio..lol felt like a Whotel vibe.

CorePower Yoga features a beautiful, clean facility with modern yet "zen" décor. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and the classes are challenging for every level of yogi. I especially enjoyed taking classes with Samantha!

Staff are nice and professional. My only complaint is that there are not free towels. Although I am currently testing out the facility at a reduced rate (groupon), if I decide to become a member at the black tag rate, it will be frustrating that the rate does not include free towels. It seems like a small thing, but a full service yoga studio such as CPY should include towels. Other than that, I really enjoy the studio.

The Yoga Instructor for Tuesday afternoon for 1:30-2:30PM was very pleasant, fun, and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the temperature was also good. The facility itself was very nice and the staff was very friendly!

For products i really can't say much, however for the services CPY Merrifield provides, are GREAT. They do all they can to make the studio clean, comfortable, welcoming, and of course interact and make sure the yogis and new combers are always welcomed and making sure they are treated right and helped! couldn't ask for a better studio and staff! :]

Everyone was very friendly, environment was new and clean, having not done yoga before- I was made to feel included and not stupid. I have been to two classes so far. The first one was 'ok'. Didn't love the teacher. The 2nd one sold me- and I am signing up because of how great she was.

I attended three Heated Sculpt sessions with three different trainers. All trainers were excellent and put me through the works! I had a great time even though I was new to yoga, and will likely be attending future CP classes.

Compared to spark I find the environment , instructors , and choreography better
