Studio was very energetic and even It was my first time at this location and mosy people seemed to know eachother, I felt very welcomed. Ava was my instructor and she was very helpful before, during and after the session. She introduced me to the membership options and I was very pleased with her feedback. Looking forward to many yoga sculpt now.

It was my first time doing yoga. I am over weight and not flexible but I felt comfortable and inspired by the staff and 2 other ladies in the class. It was a lot harder than I though but hopefully I can keep it up because I am older person with major injury so it makes me not as flexible. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor was very good and help me with my form and balance.

It could replace going to the gym easily. From regular yoga to total body workout, I can pick what I want to do, but still keep the mindfulness of yoga in any type of class that I choose. I love it. I wish it was more affordable!

Wide amenities available (any needed equipment, showers, toiletries,) so could truly fit a session into a busy day if you needed a “core power fix” but hadn’t planned on it when you left home.
