It could replace going to the gym easily. From regular yoga to total body workout, I can pick what I want to do, but still keep the mindfulness of yoga in any type of class that I choose. I love it. I wish it was more affordable!
Variety of classes and class times. Some days are stronger than others in terms of instructors but there is enough variety that it works.
As someone who has done yoga very rarely, I was worried about the pace of the class but Jordan was an AMAZING instructor and took the time to make sure everyone was on the same page. I felt relaxed but also invigorated after the class and can't wait to attend more!

I very much like the teachers, classes and community. It would be nice if the studios offered themed yoga classes to mix it up ie 70s, 80s, Country, Holday-ish or different types of lighting. Maybe even a happy hour, pot luck, book club to build community.
