There are lots of options. The environment is very nice. The staff is helpful.

Jordan is a fantastic instructor as she always motivates me to push myself. I look forward to taking her classes when I’m in town as I always leave her class tired and sweaty, but also spiritually connected and relaxed.

I want to apologize to Jordan as after class I hugged her in the reception area and upon reflection realize this was a mistake. Sorry Jordan.

Everyone who works there is so welcoming my first day trying out the studio. Clara's yoga sculpt class kicked my butt in a good way, and Haley's candle light power fusion was a great way to connect with my body during that hour.

It is a clean and safe facility- the teachers are great; they let the class adjust according to their own pace and they do not impose but rather they provide options and support

My favorite workout is the sculpt class. I feel stronger, rejuvenated and like a better person. Shoutout to Anne at the Merrifield location. She pushes and encourages me to strive for more. I always recommend CorePower to my friends and family.

My last practice at the studio was great. I really appreciate staff attempting to create the studio as a quiet place. A few months ago when I first returned back to the studio there were several cell phones being used, loud conversations, students slapping their mats on the floor, and a lack of calming music being played in the studio room during the 10 minutes prior to class.
I really appreciate the environmental aspects creating a space for focus and peace. .

The staff is great, they remember everyone’s name and make them feel welcomed. The classes are a good combination of challenging and doable. They push you to do your best while reminding you to listen to your body and know your limits. They encourage you to be proud of yourself no matter what.

The teachers are really helpful with motivation right when you need that push to keep going! Everyone is so nice the vibe feels like friends and family unlike other places they recognize everyone is different and the level of fitness is good for all types from beginners to advanced!!

Good workout convient location

I was a great class

Charlie is a great instructor. I travel to the Merrifield location just to take her classes, despite living 2 blocks from the Clarendon location. It would be great if the HPF classes could be even hotter.

Love the instructors and classes at this studio! They are very motivating and are actively helping me reach my fitness goals.

I love that I have flexibility to use all studios around me for different class times and teachers. The studios because of clientele have different vibes, but all are consistent to the process and management. This isn't your earthy hippy style studio, it is made for folks who believe in yoga and it's benefits. It's for people to come to their mat and be present in the moment.
