Great instructor and clean and refined facility
I was very pleased with my first trip to CorePower yoga on comm ave. The young woman who was teaching the class was extremely helpful to me before the class and explained to me how class packages work, showed me the locker room and told me my first week was free (which was a nice surprise!). The locker rooms were spotless and super nice. The class itself was a great workout and I will definitely be back.
Everyone at my location is so welcoming and kind. I've never felt like I needed to be a perfect yoga expert. And the classes are a great work out for my body and wind down for my mind!

The class schedule has many offerings throughout the week and all instructors are kind, knowledgeable and helpful, each with their own take on the sequences and poses.
I like the class times and availabilities. I also like the variations of the class I go to - sculpt.

I love Core Power Yoga - I always get an amazing workout in and every teacher I have had has been great! The only reason I wouldn't rate it a 10 is because it is definitely pricey so I can't afford to do drop ins that often.
The sculpt class is my absolute favorite. I left feeling energized and the playlist was perfect!
