Core Power is a wonderful environment and has great staff. Also I would say Core Power understand your personal needs also. By providing lotion after you take a shower after yogo. Than after any work out you suppose to wash your mouth out and Core Power also provides mouth wash in the locker room.

I LOVED Courtney's 7:30am Yoga Sculpt class. Super challenging, yet enjoyable. Taught to the beat of the music (which is V important for me) and played music that I love. Absolutely loved it and would take any of her other Yoga Sculpts.
The staff was so welcoming and the teacher had amazing energy!
Everything!! Sculpt is an awesome workout. Heat is therapeutic to me.

I love the the studio . Jenny was so Great it was my first time in a long time going to a class she was so nice. I went to the studio before hand she told me about the welcome back offering and I took the class and ended up having her she asked me at the end how the class went . I’ll definitely go back soon to take another class
