I love the the studio . Jenny was so Great it was my first time in a long time going to a class she was so nice. I went to the studio before hand she told me about the welcome back offering and I took the class and ended up having her she asked me at the end how the class went . I’ll definitely go back soon to take another class

Great teachers, great studio space and convenient location
I have found the classes really wonderful! They help me relax and yet still feel like a workout. It is a great way to take care of my physical and mental health! Also, the instructors have been amazing!
I've recommended corepower to so many of my sorority sisters, friends, and family members. CorePower gave me a space to find strength and confidence in myself. In trying to gain control of my relationship with food and my mental health journey, being able to see myself as strong and capable through these teachings and by coming to my mat really has helped. I love the 6 am classes, there's really no better way to start your day than with a good flow.
great instructors - different styles, good music, not shouting like drill sargeants like at Newton..., clean space, weights are not sweaty

Size of studios and locker room accommodations. Showers could be cleaned more frequently, but the facility is very nice and spacious.

I LOVED Courtney's 7:30am Yoga Sculpt class. Super challenging, yet enjoyable. Taught to the beat of the music (which is V important for me) and played music that I love. Absolutely loved it and would take any of her other Yoga Sculpts.
