The services are amazing y'all are so upbeat and the classes are wicked challenging I love them! Plus the products are fantastic and have great deals on tons of items. Everything is so clean, organized, and calming that it makes the atmosphere so zen-like. Y'all are also awesome with new comers-you make sure they're doing alright, encourage alterations to movements and totally make the studio a judgement free zone

This is what I'm looking for I've been practicing yoga since 2008 on and off. Core power gives me every muscle workouts which is pretty hard to find somewhere else. Plus I get sweat every time there. Luv it

The environment and the staff. Studios are clean, inviting, and the staff is welcoming and has a good balance of challenging you while helping newcomers get comfortable with yoga.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! This was my first time doing real hot yoga and I'm obsessed. It's so much fun and the instructors are so helpful!
It made me feel refreshed and relaxed. Even just immediately walking in and having to take my shoes, it forced me to stop and think about why I was coming to yoga and it was to escape the business of the city.
