Clean facilities, plenty of space and availability of classes, very friendly and knowledgeable instructors and staff. Core power is the only yoga group that I've practiced with to always make such a point of helping students with hands-on adjustments (only when it is welcomed by the student) to correct form, deepen poses and get an overall sense of stability. I feel that the attention that is paid by each instructor has certainly helped me to improve and become more aware of my body and movements.

The place is really clean, classes are so relaxing and productive, instructors are super friendly. I've already referred 2 friends and got them hooked!

I love that there are many classes offered throughout the day during various times so I can always make it regardless of what meetings come up, etc. I also like that I can work on things at my own pace without feeling bad about myself!

I always leave feeling as though I got a good workout! I have been to two classes with two different instructors at this location and really enjoyed both. One was more challenging than the other, but I like the variation of difficulty!

The studio is beautiful. I like that you can borrow a lock to use with the lockers. The instructors are great and I love the hands on adjustments and mini massages.

Super clean! Friendly! Not intimidating like many other yoga places, Corepower gives you the perfect place to exercise for one hot hour with superb interactive and fun sequences. I was burnt out on the regime of many other yoga places and here it's so much fun!
