Great instructors; super helpful for beginners
The atmosphere in general is very clean, fresh and zen. I was also very impressed by the excellent and high tech ventilation system in the workout studio's. Teachers are professional and well educated.

The staff was friendly and welcoming; I tried hot power yoga for the first time and the instructor created a relaxed environment where I felt comfortable performing within my own abilities. The facility itself is lovely and the locker rooms are great!
I like that it is a good mix of yoga practice and a "normal" workout. I run almost every day and these classes are the perfect added exercise for me to stretch as well as strengthen and tone everything!

I love the variety of classes. I am very into yoga, but I've never joined another regular yoga studio because I am also looking for more of a well-rounded workout. CorePower offers sculpt and other very intense classes, so I always feel like I am getting my heart rate up and working new muscle groups, yet you still have the relaxing yoga classes that I love. I can meet all my workout needs with CorePower!
