I have experienced HPF with 3 different instructors- all have had a different style, that said they have been very good at leading me through my practice. My usual studio was Old Orchard, until Sauganash opened. So far is it less crowded, I think the studio is larger. The one thing that Old Orchard has that is terrific, is everyone is given a lemon/lavender cool wash cloth on their forehead at end of class. If there is anyway that can be done at Sauganash- beyond 10!

This is a beautiful facility with caring individuals running it. The only thing I would change is to offer more non-heated classes. My sons and I would have signed up had there been more variety of non-heated classes.

Clean,modern, large space and not too overcrowded. Great lighting. Not too dark not too light and not too much sun shining on your face like other studio I go to.

The studio is 5 minutes from my house, which is nice. I go because I enjoy taking Juli T and Breanne's classes. They both are great and I would recommend all my friends to attend their classes. Breanne's does awsome sequences in C2 that really challenges me. The next day my body is always sore which is good.

Everyone is very welcoming. The studio is very clean. I enjoyed all of the instructors, each of them are very different and original. They brought their own teaching styles to class. It was a great variety. I give this location 5 stars.
