I like the CPY studios very much. There is a wide variety of classes, convenient schedule, very clean establishment and friendly staff. I like the fact that the classes are very not large, having a smaller number of people attending makes the experience more personable.

Great Instructors

There is a great variety of classes and all of the instructors are super friendly. I wish there were c1 candlight classes and that the circuit training class was offered during a week night or 2 instead of during the day.

I've only been once, but I really enjoyed my intro class with Mike. It's been a long time since I took yoga and he was very patient and clear. And the proximity to my house is hard to beat!

All the instructors are great - so motivating and helpful with my practice. The Sauganash studio also has a great schedule.
