Love it here!

I like that the classes are open. No need to make a reservation and then get worried I will get charged if I'm a no-show. Rigid schedules are such a turn-off for me. It's flexible and works with my work schedule this way. I also highly respect the instructors. There's definitely a "calm" they all exert in each class. Each class has been therapeutic on both my mind and body.

A good sweat while doing yoga. All levels of ability feel welcome to practice.

All teachers are awesome!!! Music is great! I always enjoy the classes, tough work but gratifying. Teachers inspire, push, keep you going! I feel a lot stronger, my balance is better.

Breanne is an amazing teacher and should be recognized as such. The time and thought she puts into a class is far superior to other teachers. I would take a dog walking class if she taught it.
