The classes are great, lots of space, & everyone is SO friendly. I gained a TON of weight recently (& rapidly) with no explanation and it's nice that it's such a welcoming atmosphere - I've always been fit & active but not one to go to the gym or classes. I like coming here & just got one of my friends to buy a package too - between her and the positivity of the instructors I hope to be motivated to come - and to fit back into the majority of my clothes by summer.
